TRINE Issue 008

November 2021

Welcome to TRINE Issue 008!

It’s been a while since I sent out a newsletter as the last two months have not been kind to my health. In fact, I’ve joked to the majority of my family, friends and collaborators that I have caught everything apart from COVID 19!

Now that my body, mind and soul are finally in a place of wellness these last few days of October, as people around the world are prepping for Samhain, Halloween, Diwali and Día de los Muertos felt like the right moment to revive (or resurrect for those of you that thought we were dead and buried!) the TRINE newsletter and instagram page.

The above celebrations occur during the time of year where the barrier between the material and spirit world is thinned, allowing us to receive blessings and guidance from the spirits of our loved ones. With this in mind our November meditation is created to honour and respect your ancestors.

Whether this is a concept that is new to you, or a ritual that you already envelop into your daily life, it is a practice that I highly recommend. We can only move forward when we respect and appreciate all those who have walked before us.

Sending you love, light and abundance,

Shasti

Curator, Creative and Changemaker.

Please find the Build and Plan sections of the TRINE newsletter below. As always the guided meditation for our Rest section is found at the top of this page. Take what works for you and leave what doesn’t. If you find success with any of the opportunities featured or find any of TRINE’s tools useful do reach out and let us know. You can also find us on instagram here.

~Plan~

Tune in to the movements of the universe and use them to support your decision making and forward planning. There is no bad astrology, nor can it be used to predict the future. Astrology is best used as a tool to help you navigate the different areas of your life.

November’s Key Astrological Transits

Thursday 4th November ~ New Moon in Scorpio (13 degrees)

When the Moon is in Scorpio we are asked to dig deep and transform our pain into purpose. This New Moon alludes to a jarring and unstable environment in the weeks to come. It may give you the push to start a much needed new chapter, finally allowing you to severe yourself from an unhappy situation that has been forcing you down and holding you back. Thankfully Jupiter and Mercury are friendly to this New Moon, heightening your communication skills and allowing you to ask for and manifest exactly what you desire.

Friday 5th November ~ Mercury enters Scorpio

Mercury in Scorpio asks us to go deep and communicate in a way that penetrates the multiple layers of our psyche leaving a lasting impression. Now is not the moment to blag or fool anyone as this placement suggests that those you are interacting with know more than they are letting on. Poker faces are de rigueur and you will find that people will not be easily swayed. The cold hard truth, although risky can be regenerative, powerful and precisely what is needed. Mercury’s sextile with Venus the following day presents a great day to foster interaction on social media.

Wednesday 10th November ~ Mercury conjunct Mars (Scorpio at 7 degrees)

The harsh aspect that both these planets will share with Saturn makes this an unfavourable day to sign a contract, attend an important interview, make a pitch or request a favour from a VIP. You will encounter roadblocks in almost all areas.

Friday 12th November ~ Sun trine Neptune Rx (Scorpio and Pisces at 21 degrees)

This dreamy trine between the Sun and Neptune make this a perfect day for creative endeavours. Remember that creativity doesn’t always have to yield a final product, enjoy the journey of experimentation.

Saturday 13th November ~ Mercury opposes Uranus RX (Scorpio and Taurus at 12 degrees)

This opposition encourages us to tend to the electronic items that ensure the smooth running of our lives. Be sure to back up any important files and data, install those updates that you have been ignoring and get your car checked out before embarking on any long journeys.

Tuesday 16th November ~ Sun sextile Pluto (Scorpio and Capricorn at 25 degrees)

This favourable angle between the Scorpio Sun and Pluto heightens our magnetism and abilities to reach hidden depths and resources. In business you will be very persuasive and catch the attention of VIPs.

Thursday 18th November ~ Mercury trine Neptune Rx (Scorpio and Pisces at 20 degrees)

This is a stellar day to undertake any writing projects. Engaging and imaginative narratives will weave seamlessly throughout your words. Do not be afraid to dig deep and uncover the gruesome, a Scorpion Mercury encourages us to face our darkness by turning pain into prose.

Friday 19th November ~ Full Moon Lunar Eclipse in Taurus (27 degrees)

Full moons ask us to focus on the the person, place or thing that is right in front of us and brings with them a culmination of sorts. Lunar eclipses bring with them emotional and final endings making us aware of the passage of time. The effects of a lunar eclipse can be felt up to three months after it has occurred. The situations that present themselves surrounding eclipses can seem drastic and as if they came out of nowhere but they often reveal a truth about events that we never even considered. The Moon is exalted in Taurus, giving it extra power to do its job of nurturing, building bonds, conceiving and creating. Creative projects finished now will be well received. The emphasis during this Full Moon Lunar Eclipse will be on stability and shared resources with a business partner, lender or lover. The support of Pluto to this Full Moon makes it favourable if you are petitioning VIPs for large sums, although the square between Mars and Saturn will bring red tape and tough terms. The moon in Taurus reminds us that the best partnerships are developed slowly and steadily.

Saturday 20th November ~ Mercury square Jupiter (Scorpio and Aquarius at 24 degrees)

Your ability to convey the big picture and future plans will attract attention from influential people, serving you in achieving your goals. This square however warns you not to loose sight of the intricate details as it through covering the finer points that you will demonstrate your ability to lead and deliver.

Sunday 21st November ~ Sun enters Sagittarius

Philosophical, confident, optimistic and raring to go. The Sun in Sagittarius asks us to be open to experiencing life in all its variations. Ruled by Jupiter, planet of abundance and expansion, Sagittarius can never have too much of a good thing making our tendency to over indulge during this period (which surprise surprise also includes the winter holiday season!) at an all time high. During Sagittarius season we feel the need to have multiple projects on the go and our increased stamina allows us the ability and foresight to move on an opportunity. Be sure to take the space and autonomy to act on your intuition and reflect on how your actions may impact others.

Wednesday 24th November ~ Mercury enters Sagittarius

Mercury in Sagittarius is in its detriment. Ultimately a truth seeker, this mutable fire sign can miss many of the facts, details and background knowledge that it needs. Mercury in Sagittarius fills us with the need to go big, taking our audiences on grand adventures that can be overwhelming due to the sheer volume of information. Make sure that your message stays on track and that you have the time, energy and resources to deliver it in a digestible way.

Monday 29th November ~ Mercury sextile Saturn (Sagittarius and Aquarius at 9 degrees)

This favourable sextile between Mercury and Saturn make this a great day to sign a contract. Today’s wonderful trine between Mars and Neptune (currently in retrograde) also make this a great day to share your ideas with an influential person.

~Rest~

Nurture the needs of your mind, body and soul so that your personal wellness is placed at the centre of your actions.

The end of October and the beginning of November is celebrated in many cultures as a time when the veil between the living and those who have passed is thinned. Samhain, Halloween, Diwali and Día de los Muertos all present us with opportunities to honour our ancestors. Priming us to receive blessings and guidance from the spirits of our loved ones.

Our meditation for November is created to honour and respect your ancestors allowing you to tap into the power of your lineage.
